IT Support Engineer (1st / 2nd line)

A brand new and exciting role has recently arose for a IT Support Engineer with strong skills with everything Microsoft to join an exciting charity based in Tower Hill, Central London. IT Support Engineer will work with various senior stakeholders to ensure the IT systems are running effectively and efficiently. You will work with various technologies like Microsoft Server / Desktop, PC Hardware, Networking issues, Windows CP, Vista, Windows 7, Exchange, Outlook and Windows Server.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to really take the next step in their career and learn a lot of skills within a fantastic charity. You will pick up new skills and help the charity really ensure that the systems are effective. You will be working with various senior stakeholders too.

Skills required for the IT Support Engineer (1st / 2nd line) are:

- Excellent knowledge on various Microsoft products including Windows Server, Exchange, Windows Desktop & more
- A brilliant communicator and the ability to work with various stakeholders
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly
