My client are a UK based consultancy who specialise in Post Market drug safety. They are well renowned for their fantastic training and will provide you with the best support for progressing through your career. Due to growth they are currently looking for a Pharmacovigilance Manager to come and join their office based in Surrey.

Some of the responsibilities included within the role:

- To ensure that all Pharmacovigilance activities are conducted in accordance with BPL SOP's, BPL Work Instructions, Good Clinical Practice guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Support the QPPV, escalating safety and non-compliance issues
- Actively maintain product core safety information
- Maintaining a GPVP & GCP knowledge
- Line management
- Actively manage the safety report scheduling, resources and timelines
- Compliance monitoring

Manager/General Manager level: What we are looking for

- Full life-cycle case processing knowledge (data entry and review stages)
- Argus experience
- Knowledge of EudraVigilance
- EVMPD data entry experience
- Narrative writing
- MedDRA coding
- Literature review
- Triage
- Mentoring/line management
- Audit/inspection participation
- Audit/inspection responses
- Face to face client experience
- PSMF creation
- Account leadership if from CRO
- Bid formation
- Project leadership
- Global exposure
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to present if needed
- Aggregate report writing experience
- Intelligence monitoring
- Familiarity with global legislation
- MI knowledge

This role would suit either a current Manager wanting to pursue a new challenge or a Senior / Team leader looking to take a step up within a company that can support training and progression.
