Internal marketing and communications with a global impact

From the very beginning you will be hands-on and as part of a tight-knit multi-disciplinary team who are transforming our organisation across more than 100 countries. You will learn on-the-job, be managed through objectives and receive clear guidance whilst helping to implement a strategy that fundamentally changes the way our business works. Internal PR, communications, identity alignment and engagement all feature as we launch using campaigns across our world-wide populations. What you take and get out of the role will be primarily dictated by your ability to learn, how you apply that learning, and your personal drive and determination. It is that rare one-off opportunity to obtain experiences that would usually take many years to acquire.

The deal?

By the end of this contract we will aim to provide you with a CV that will have experiences that may take you years to collect in other roles. Communications, PR, identity creation, internal marketing, and campaign execution will all feature. You will also work with international colleagues, and throughout the business structure, providing a consistent approach through a defined tone of voice and identity. Your exposure will be high. However, please be very aware that the deal works both ways, and this is not a role for someone who is looking for an easy role. In fact, you will very quickly develop a series of business-critical tasks which, quite frankly, cannot be missed. Therefore, personal drive, multi-tasking, and high levels of organisation are key requirements.

This is a 'doing' role, but with strategic elements, and you will create, coordinate and organise multiple sub-streams of work ensuring that they work to various set plans. The role balances creativity with execution, and you will own defined campaigns from birth to delivery. Stakeholder management is high on the agenda, as is your ability to delegate work and guide a wide variety of people through your creative inputs.

What we need?

Experience in a related field will be extremely helpful. This may well be your second or third role, and you are likely to want to exercise all of your learning to date by truly owning what you do. A degree in a related discipline is a great start, and as important is your determination, tenacity, an eye for detail, mental flexibility, and your willingness to simply 'go for it'. You use of English both written and verbal will be beyond reproach. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to multi-task, organise effectively, and 'pitch' ideas and concepts based on audience dynamics.
