We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly and hardworking staff who are committed to raising standards.The post will provide an opportunity to work one to one with a pupil with ASD.

Candidates must have experience with SEN students (essential). You must be enthusiastic and motivated to become a part of the team. Your role will be to assist an EYFS students. Your duties consist of:

·To increase learning by supporting the needs of individuals 1:1 or a small group.

·To reinforce behaviour, skills and strategies for effective learning.

·Provide teachers with extra classroom support.

·Keep pupils focused on set goals and targets

·Monitor the progress of pupils

·Ideally you will have training or some knowledge in/of : Autism, PECs, Team Teach

This is a challenging role where experience is essential. This can include any voluntary or paid teaching assistant placements, support worker experience, tutoring or mentoring. Please ensure all your SEN experience is listed on your CV.
