They are looking for somebody to come on board and manage the Infrastructure & Communications team. Partially hands on, you would be getting involved in Unified Communications, and will need experience/knowledge of Call Centre VC requirements. It would also be highly advantageous for you to have knowledge of multi-site applications associated with voice and data network services (CLI, ACD, CTI, Call Management Systems, Voice Recorder Systems etc).
Essential skills include experience with:
Strong Call Centre experience, including implementing call centre technologies
Mobile data and devices
Managing a team
Advantageous skills include experience with:
