Infrastructure & Voice Communications Manager - Cisco / Avaya / Voice - West Yorkshire

This is an absolutely amazing opportunity to work with an exciting Healthcare company based in Wakefield. They have a very dynamic environment with a variety of projects, meaning that you have a genuine opportunity to make a difference whilst staying hands on, utilising your technical skills.

They are looking for somebody to come on board and manage the Infrastructure & Communications team. Partially hands on, you would be getting involved in Unified Communications, and will need experience/knowledge of Call Centre VC requirements. It would also be highly advantageous for you to have knowledge of multi-site applications associated with voice and data network services (CLI, ACD, CTI, Call Management Systems, Voice Recorder Systems etc).

Essential skills include experience with:

  • Strong Call Centre experience, including implementing call centre technologies

  • Cisco

  • Mobile data and devices

  • Voice recording

  • Managing a team

Advantageous skills include experience with:

  • Avaya

  • Microsoft

  • Prince2
