Training Administrator (L&D) - Contract
i-Pharm has partnered with a global biotech company to hire a Training Administrator/Coordinator (L&D) for a 15 month contract based in Greater West London.
This position sits within the HR Shared Services division and is primarily responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational aspects of current and future L&D strategy for the EMEA region.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to)
*Managing successful implementation of all training activities
*Preparing course evaluation summaries
*Coordinating region-wide training communications
*Working closely with the corporate L&D teams globally
*Ensuring that L&D courses are up to date and accurate
*Ensuring new users receive training and account set up promptly
*Maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders
*Representing the L&D department on project updates in meetings
*Coordinating and supporting the EMEA L&D marketing efforts
*Degree in Business, Arts or HR or relevant L&D experience
*Experience in training administration
*Strong organisation skills
*Strong customer service
