Our client requires a forward-thinking and creative Marketing & PR Manager to join a vibrant and busy Marketing team. Working out of their Wallingford office, you will be responsible for producing, optimising and delivering B2B marketing campaigns and PR strategies within the business sector.

The successful applicant will be a dedicated and quick learner as you will be required to develop an understand the market our client operates in in order to produce and build relationships in order to deliver high profile campaigns. You will have previous experience of working in a decisive and diverse marketing & PR role enabling the ability to work independently when appropriate, but also coordinate and work as part of an existing team in order to achieve set objectives and achieve results.

Offer package:
Salary:£33,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience
Hours:09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities will include:
*Production of cross channel marketing campaigns for company products and services across the UK to meet sales objectives
*Sourcing of new opportunities to promote the business to key industries
*Management and optimisation of our marketing databases, bringing in new working practices to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
*Management corporate sites including production of content and analysis and optimisation of user behaviour in order to drive incoming sales enquiries
*Production of all marketing collateral and promotional items
*Development of our client marketing social media strategy to leverage conversations within our social space and others
*Responsibility for all communications related to our leading industry event, pre and post event
*Strategy and delivery of tradeshow and conference event attendance including sponsorship and presentation opportunities
*Management of marketing budget and production of cost per results analysis per marketing campaign and activity
*Ownership of PR strategies for the business and the products and services offered
*Development of national and industry PR databases
*Building and leveraging relationships with key media contacts
*Production of press releases, planned and reactionary
*General overview of industry buzz, leveraging opportunities as they arise
*Reporting and analysis of PR value

Candidate specification:
*Experienced of working within B2B marketing and/or PR - essential
*Excellent writing skills, able to adapt style to different audiences, for both Marketing and PR
*Able to construct and manage a trade marketing budget in order to deliver objectives
*Develops creative and bold design briefs to build the brand in our target market
*Ability to identify gaps and market opportunities
*Build b2b social media communities into a trade engagement strategy with a direct impact on revenue
*Comfortable operating at a senior level and writing briefing papers and reports for use at board level to inform decision making
*Proactive, enthusiastic, positive, self-reliant & motivated
*Works on own initiative and generates more responsibility for themselves
*Takes 'ownership' of areas of responsibility making bold educated decisions
*Total commitment to achievement of department and company goals
*Committed to self-development
