IT Sales Account Manager is required to join a leading and growing IT Managed Service Provider from their offices based on the outskirts of Bournemouth. The role of an IT Sales Account manager will be to work alongside the Senior Sales Managers and keep in regular contact with their current customers. The ideal candidate should have experience within the technology sector, ideally in a technical sales role, and possess excellent communication skills. Duties will include: Working with customers and technical account managers / presales to qualify, quote and generate business orders. Developing pipelines and strategy with customers aligned to inside sales. Supporting the sales team to enable the company to achieve its targets. Working with customers and the team to ensure all renewals are managed efficiently. Lead generation, qualification & development via telesales/tele-marketing. Relationship building with channel partners to develop pipeline and improve margin. Maintaining the Client Relation Management (CRM) database ensuring that all prospect, client and opportunity records are up to date. Working closely with the Account Managers & technical teams to develop in-depth knowledge and experience of our products and solutions. Assisting the sales team in all administrative tasks; from receipt to invoicing, ensuring all company processes are complete and accurate information is conveyed both to and from our customers.
