They are a leading player in the areas of innovation and diversity and are on the lookout for an individual who symbolises that ethos.
This is the ideal role for a specialist with expertise either playing a major role or heading up the direct marketing crm function of a leading global organisation.
This is a key global support leadership position within the wealth management division of our clients business. The role is critical to the global strategy for CRM because supporting global standards activities alongside robust contact strategies is core to the bank's commitments to monitoring and leveraging new CRM capabilities as a key driver of incremental revenue.
You will therefore be directly accountable for supporting the performance of the global crm business including direct functional accountability for the whole of the banking groups activity associated with global standards crm and sales service commercialisation.
