They are looking for an experienced team manager to join the company - based in Bristol office.

Your new role

You will be an experienced people manger and leader within customer service industry. You will be used to managing teams of people and using your expertise in Pensions to provide advice and guidance to new team members and clients. You will understand importance of setting team and personal goals and providing the best client service from the front whilst navigating complicated compliance and keeping up with current Pension laws and legislation.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be people manager with ability to inspire and motivate people to achieve the best result. You will have personal goals to achieve which include direct people management, revenue generation and client relationship development. Ideally you will have customer service background in client servicing industry.
It would be an advantage to have a good working knowledge within Pensions, Pensions benefits and Pension enrolment. it would be an advantage to have change management/ project management experience.

Some of the daily tasks will include:

Absence / Performance Management Staff training/ Recruitment
To ensure client relationships in the offices are managed effectively
100% client retention
Manage the administration of personal and team portfolio of clients
To work with the consultant to agree the service specification and service delivery for each client
To attend client meetings as required
Pass leads to team account managers
