Our client, a leading financial services business is looking to recruit a Business Assessor. The key purpose of the role is to assess the suitability of advice given by the businesses appointed representatives.


Key responsibilities:

  • Review and assess client files to ensure that the appropriate standards are maintained
  • Achieve the agreed number of advice checks per day and peer review checks per week
  • Record the results of each assessment clearly, accurately and concisely
  • Provide feedback and support to advisers and supervisors to improve quality
  • Ensure you proactively identify trends and feed continuous improvements


Essential experience, skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Substantial financial services experience, either in a business checking, T&C, Adviser or Paraplanner role
  • Knowledge of COBS product, sales process and regulatory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
