2nd/3rd line engineer role, 2 month contract, £150-£170 per day.

Your new company
You will be working with a Global organisation, a leading supplier of consulting and infrastructure support services both in the UK and internationally. They design, build, maintain and invest in our country's services and infrastructure and make a difference including engineering, facilities management, utilities, transport, environmental services, defence and justice.

Your new role
You will be providing 2nd & 3rd line support for Windows 7 & Windows 10 machines across the customer's estate via remote tools and over the phone support. You will be providing support for software, hardware and peripherals and helping with the administration of Microsoft deployment tool.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in a customer service and IT Environment
  • Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of the build, configuration, support and administration of
  • MS Windows based infrastructure (Windows 7 / 10).
  • Good troubleshooting Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010,2013 and Office 365.
  • Good Knowledge of System Centre Configuration Manager 1606 and above Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Patch Management and Application Deployment using SCCM 1606 and above
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration, trouble shooting and Group Policy.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP and networking technologies (LAN,WAN etc.)

What you'll get in return
You will receive a 2 to 3 month contract (with possible extension) £150-£175 per day.
