This welcoming Primary school are looking to interview right away for Psychology graduates to join their SEN support staff. You will be required to carry out interventions for children on the Autistic spectrum, mainly on a 1:1 to basis, to improve the learning outcomes and allowing the children to fulfil their potential.
The schools have a proven track record of working with graduates, giving them the required skills and experience to become excellent educational psychologists! Most have teacher training programmes and use this as a 'foundation year' to progress onto teacher or further training the following year.
The SENCOs at our schools are experienced in supporting graduates in their first school based position and they will provide you with training before you arrive and continue to train you throughout your time at the school, as and when required.
