Our client urgently seeks an Infrastructure (Service Improvement) Lead to join an in-flight IT transformation programme. The role will report into the Head of Infrastructure and Applications and will involve working alongside another Infrastructure Lead to put together improvement plans around policy, services, governance and process. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure platforms, cloud, WAN, Networking, OS and although this isn't a hands-on role, you will be very comfortable talking tech.You will have proven experience defining policies around DR and BC and have a strong appreciation of what 'good service and policy' looks like in a large complex company. The other role mentioned above will be focusing on the people side of things whereas this role focuses on leading the delivery of tech, process, governance, policy on the transformation programme.

NB - this is a 6 month contract with likely extension.
