Our client a major high street bank is looking for a Training Coordinator for a PPI project until end of Q1 2018.

Training Co-ordinator

Work with business capacity planners to ensure that training events are planned to meet the requirements of the business. Working collaboratively with project stakeholders to timing of events meet the needs of the business.

Core Responsibilities

In order to carry out this role, each candidate must be able to provide evidence of knowledge in the following areas:

Support the booking of training courses and room booking, ensuring joining instructions are sent to delegates as required and attendance is tracked. Liaising with, Capacity Planners and business Line Managers to achieve optimum workshop capacities to fit with BAU requirements. Manage the evaluation process and MI, including preparing reports and analysis of data. Updating and maintenance of computerised training records and the provision of training MI as required by the Project team and Business, Implementation and Change Managers. A central point of contact for all training issues and begin to look for potential solutions and present to business contacts and stakeholders to aid resolution. Where appropriate, to validate any invoices submitted before passing on for approval by authorised colleagues before processing for subsequent payment. If required, maintain a SharePoint site ensuring all signed off materials are suitably stored for compliance, audit and reporting.
Key skills

Organisational Skills - The ability to multi task, be proactive and ability to work on own with minimal guidance Ability to produce/contribute to summary reports of progress of training against plan, delegate attendance etc. Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)Sharepoint - set-up and management. Ability to set up surveys and evaluate results in order to produce MI. Excellent attention to detail to ensure all records are accurate in terms of content
