As a IT Service Desk Analyst working for a global managed service provider, you will be responsible for delivering effective support within a busy service desk environment. This position will involve 1st and 2nd line support work.

Skills & Experience required:
*Experience within a busy service desk
*2nd line support experience
*A good understanding of ITIL methodology
*Windows 10 exposure
*Office 2016 experience
*Active Directory administration experience
*IT solutions/Managed service experience
*Financial services experience (highly desirable)
