Permanent IT Administrator job in a large construction company. Belfast. Salary 16K Mon - Fri 9-5
Your new company
A large well known Construction group require a strong administration person with an interest in IT to join their team.
Your new role
You will be logging faults onto a system, and monitoring calls and customer demands. you will be communicating with customers via telephone in a professional and courteous manner. You will be logging the calls onto the system. You will provide 1st line support to staff and record all work in the help desk system. you will be scheduling jobs for engineers and arranging correct parts to be sent to sites. you will arrange machine collection and deliveries. you will be setting up new user accounts and disabling expired accounts. you will carry out any other administrative duties as required. Monday - Friday 9-5.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have the ability to build rapport with customers. you will have a proven interest in IT and it will be advantageous if you have a GCSE grade A-C in ICT or an AS/A Level in ICT. You will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office. You will have previous administration experience or experience in a customer service role. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess an excellent telephone manner.
