My client is a well known Council within the county of Berkshire.
Applicants to this Change Manager role will need to demonstrate experience of leading and delivering business change projects within a multi-disciplined organisation and have proven understanding of delivering improvement through business process redesign methodology, with the ability to derive, monitor and evaluate benefits from redesigned processes.
To be successful in applying to the Change Manager role, you will need to demonstrate strong capabilities relating to the following areas:
- The ability to work with the Transformation Programme Manager to embed the Council change management methodology and improve the frequency and impact of positive change across the organisation.
- To work with the Transformation Programme Manager and Chief Officer for Customer Experience to develop, embed and maintain a corporate approach to business process redesign using end to end customer journey mapping based on Lean principles.
- To lead on benefits realisation across the Transformation Programme including supporting and advising project managers on identifying and baselining benefits with their project boards as well as monitoring benefits at a Council wide Programme level.
