IT Project Co-ordinator - Advanced Excel & Dashboarding skills

My Non-For-Profit client seeks a dynamic, well versed and coherent IT Project Co-ordinator / PMO Administrator with strong Excel skills and a minimum of 2-3 years experience working on IT Infrastructure AND/OR Software Development projects within an Agile or Waterfall environment.

Typical IT Project Co-ordinator / PMO Administrator duties will include

* Act as main administrative support for allocated Project Boards.
* Arranging meetings and prepare agendas
* Coordinate resources in line with project plan to meet project requirements.
* Taking minutes (recording actions)
* Distribution of all documentation
* Produce documentation in line with each project requirements.
* Coordinating submission of highlight reports
* Organising Project delivery meetings
* Provide Excel reports
* Assisting in document management control e.g. document and template filing
* Coordinating regular (monthly) updates to central resource capacity plans
* Minutes of project boards, setting up meetings, booking rooms etc.

The ideal IT Project Co-ordinator / Project Administrator / PMO Admin will have recent experience of co-ordinating and support either IT Infrastructure and/or Software Development projects within an Agile or Waterfall environment.

Must have skills:

* Experience of working on IT projects (Infrastructure, Software Development etc)
* Excellent Documentation writing skills
* Strong Excel skills (able to produce Pivot tables and Dashboards etc)
* Experience of working in an Agile or Waterfall environment

This is a permanent position based in SE London and is paying a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 + bonus and benefits.

Flexibility is need in this role as you will be required to travel to other sites 1-2 days per week.

Again, must have skills

* Pervious experience of working on IT projects (Infrastructure, Software Development etc)
* Strong Excel skills (able to produce Pivot tables and Dashboards etc)
* Working within an Agile or Waterfall environment
* Excellent minute taking, report writing and documentation skills.
