They?re currently seeking a Customer Insight Analyst to join their newly formed Business Improvement team based in Rochdale. The purpose of this role is to ensure that all business change is focussed on meeting the needs and aspirations of their customers and achieving excellence in customer service.

The Customer Insight Analyst will lead on the delivery of their Customer Insight Strategy. You will design, deliver, analyse and report on customer consultation/ satisfaction exercises and conduct customer journey mapping exercises. Working with our Reporting and Insight team, you will be involved in developing customer segmentations which will be used by the business to tailor services to different needs and to inform future service developments. Working with colleagues and customers you will facilitate service reviews ensuring that processes are viewed through the eyes of their customers and that any resulting changes enhance the customer experience.

They?re looking for someone who will put customers at the heart of their business change/service improvement work. Someone that has experience of conducting customer satisfaction surveys and customer journey mapping exercises and that can identify priorities for improvement and produce clear reports on their findings and recommendations for change. Someone who is good at working with people, both customers and colleagues, and who can facilitate sessions which get to the root of their processes and seek out changes which will result in improved services to their customers.
