Our client is an exciting technology company that creates enabling software to support library operations the world over. Their innovations have allowed local and national libraries to remain relevant, vital assets in an increasingly digital environment.

Now, our client is looking for a proactive Technical Support Analyst to provide a high level of technical support to librarians and library staff in Europe.

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will:

- Join the Global Customer Support Team
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to help resolve technical issues


To be considered, you’ll need:

- Previous experience in a web application and technical support role
- Great customer service skills
- A service-oriented attitude
- A passion for solving complex problems
- Strong team-working skills

Knowledge of library technology would be beneficial to your application.

Our client is eager to hear from individuals with experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Support Analyst, Customer Support Advisor, Technical Support Advisor, IT Support Technician, Application Support Technician, Helpdesk Technician or Service Desk Analyst.
