Implementation Engineer – Linux, SQL, Contact Centre, Dialler Management - Manchester

Linux / SQL / Telecommunications / VoIP / Unified Communications / Networking / Contact Centre / Dialler Management / PBX / ACD / IVR

Experienced Implementation Engineer required for our cutting edge Contact Centre Solutions client based in Manchester.

This is an external customer facing role involving working with customers to establish their needs, travelling to customer sites, tailoring solutions to meet customer requirements, and configuring and implementing solutions for the customer.

Role requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skillsAdvanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills4-year degree in IT, Computer Science or related degree, or an equivalent level of experience in a similar fieldMust be available on nights and weekends as necessaryRequires 75% TravelTechnical experience or knowledge of one or many of the below:

SQL and “good database” practicesLinux/Unix Operating SystemWindows Desktop ApplicationsSoftware delivery, training, or call centre experienceNetworkingPredictive Dialling, Contact Centre Technology productsPBX, ACD, IVR, Unified Messaging productsEnterprise Workforce Management software
