Recruiting Specialist £21 p/h

My client being a global Internet company are currently seeking a Recruiting Specialistto work on a 12month temporary assignment. What you will do...

As a member of the world-class recruiting team, you'll be charged with finding unique candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of scrappiness and a diversity of thought to all that they do. You will be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and introducing them to the magic of working at a global organisation. You are driven, eager and able to use your creative skills to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and can draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, friendlier and more efficient.

Key Duties & Responsibilities...

- Partner and consulting with senior stakeholders across EMEA, leading on their hiring strategy. -
- Work with your manager to ensure you have sufficient resources and understand key metric & data points to be effective.
- Source and attract candidates across EMEA through networking, sourcing, direct approach, referrals, university relations, etc.
- Develop strong market expertise and lead industry mapping and passive candidate engagement for strategic hires for the company across EMEA.
- Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate. Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer acceptance/declines.
- Improve the candidate, new hires, hiring managers, and recruiters experience. Follow-up with clients to confirm that staffing plans and candidate needs are met.

To be considered for this role...

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing including experience managing multiple client groups and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations and influence a range of senior stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver high quality results in a timely manner individually and through others; initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects in the face of multiple demands, grow professionally by actively staying up to date in areas of expertise
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully.
