Service Desk Manager

A global organisation in Fareham is seeking a Service Desk Manager to join there growing team.

This is a great opportunity for a Service Desk Manager to have a significant contribution to improving a Service Desk vital to the performance of the business.

As Service Desk Manager you will be:
  • Leading, managing and mentoring the service delivery function
  • Be primary contact for major incident management and escalation
  • Leading in the design and future direction of the service desk

The successful Service Desk Manager will have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience within a Service Desk Management role
  • Regular interactions with business users
  • Management of Service Level Agreements
  • Experience of introducing improvements to existing teams to include new practises, new technology or technology upgrades
  • An understanding of the impacts of change within a business
  • Confident approach to working with other managers across the business
  • Manage , coach and mentor the team
  • Working within a retail environment would be advantageous
  • Experience with Windows 7/10 , Microsoft Office, networking and infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of ITIL

The role of Service Desk Manager is offering a salary up to £50,000 depending on experience plus benefits which include bonus, pension, 25 days, and private medical.
