Steve Lord is recruiting for a HCP Transparency Coordinator to work for a world leading pharmaceutical company. The HCP Transparency Coordinator will be working at their site in Hatfield on a fixed term 6 month employed (FTE) basis. This client is offering an opportunity to work for a pharmaceutical company that believes in putting patients and their families first, with the aim of improving healthcare benefits.

Overall function of the job:
The HCP Transparency Coordinator directly supports the company's EMEA Transparency Reporting Solution, through user administration, reporting, providing helpdesk and direct support to users as well as training on the system and processes involved.

As the HCP Transparency Coordinator you should have demonstrable skills and experience in:
-Managing and administering a reporting system (preferably regulatory reporting)
-Training delivery, to train users on systems and processes involved in HCP transparency
-Writing and reviewing controlled documents, such as policies, standing operating procedures and working practices would be highly desirable
-Coordinating teams across different regions and countries in a matrix environment

Main responsibilities:
-Coordinating staff to meet the regulatory submission deadlines
-Maintaining the user access for the reporting solution, including adding new users, updating permissions, deactivating leavers.
-Acting as first line of support to the business to help resolve queries as quickly as possible
-Coordinating and delivering systems and process training on HCP transparency reporting
-Producing training resources for introduction and on-going use
-Supporting and maintaining the standard operating procedures, working practices, user guides for the Transparency reporting solution.
