SC Cleared 2nd line Support engineer to be based near Gatwick Airport

* 3 Man team hours - 08:00-16:30 Shift - Monday-Friday Overtime - Possibility of overtime where required (projects or DR) Core Activities Customers Helpdesk Password Resets Application help - Office 2013 PM CC Builds Lenovo Call Queue

The role has a 50/50 split between the two customers. The customer element entails working on their service desk to assist the user base with 1st line calls. You will be working with the team to deliver on our 2nd line service desk also.

Assist the customer on their helpdesk (50%) Work alongside the teams in line with the call queue and SLA (50%)
Manage and maintain the customers print solution - Proactively Manage supplies / supply levels for customers printing solution Work towards resolutions in line with the customers SLA Provide customer service to external customer using a consistent approach Good understanding of IT Service desk experience

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
