Junior IT Support Engineer, Graduate IT Support Engineer, Entry Level, Applications, Infrastructure
Junior IT Support Engineers required for our customer's site in Oxfordshire. The Junior IT Support Engineer will be supporting a range of systems. The role of Junior IT Support Engineer would suit someone who has recently graduated (ideally, but not necessarily from a technical discipline).
Please note, due to the nature of the role, the successful Technical Support Engineer will be required to either hold SC Clearance or be willing to undergo.
Junior IT Support Engineer skills:
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to talk clearly to customers
- Ability to follow scripts
- Customer service
- Aptitude to learn new technologiesJunior IT Support Engineer will gain exposure to:
- Windows XP / 7 / 8 / 10
- Office 2007/ 2010 / 2013
- Active Directory
- Knowledge of hardware maintenance
- Support and calls from helpdesk
