Conduct Risk Manager - Job descriptionHere at BGL Group we are looking for a dedicated and experienced ConductRisk Manager who is up for the challenge of joining our busy IDO team! What's the role?Within this new role you'll support the development and implementationof an integrated approach to the delivery of fair customer outcomes(management of conduct risk) across the IDO suite of products andprocesses. As our Conduct Risk Manager, you'll ensure that IDO maintains aconstructive and participative regulatory relationship with all in-scoperegulators, including provision of timely and accurate informationresulting in minimal regulatory intervention.By taking the Group Conduct Risk policies as a starting point, and inconjunction with Group Compliance, you'll design and document a conductrisk framework for IDO, which includes IDO-specific policies, proceduresand controls.You'll also play a key role in protecting the business fromunknown/known conduct risk as appropriate allowing the business tooperate effectively in a regulated environment.Is this you?We are looking for someone who has a knowledge of FCA approach inrespect of fair customer outcomes. You'll also bring an understanding ofthe insurance industry and how retail insurance products operate.You'll have an awareness of the regulatory framework relating to faircustomer outcomes. You'll also bring experience of customer outcomestesting and proven experience of providing training, support and guidance.Along with excellent communication skills you'll be confident with theability to influence. You'll also have a strong focus on processes andcontrols and ideally have a professionally qualification / ICAmembership.
