The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and technically excellent Employment Lawyer to join our client`s well-regarded practice in Bury St Edmunds. Acting for employer and employee clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters; the successful Lawyer will enjoy a high level of autonomy and client contact from the outset in addition to playing a lead role in business development activities for the department and firm as a whole. This position is offered on a flexible full or part time basis with additional expertise in other areas being desirable.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant Employment Law expertise.
The ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision is essential for the position.
Confidence in advocacy and negotiation along with strong drafting skills are pre-requisite.
Applications are also sought from those with experience in an additional practice area.
An aptitude for business development would be highly advantageous.
You will be driven, personable and possess a high level of commercial awareness.
