Our client is looking to recruit 1st line service desk analysts to join the services IT team to help support with a number of new projects and support call. We are looking for individuals who are looking for a starting platform in IT and are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst as a starting position. However candidates will only be considered with strong values around hard work, customer service and reliability who are IT competent and know there way around a computer so low level Service Desk experience could be considered.

About the role
The role will cover service desk call/incident logging and remote support fixing to 1st line.
When working on the service desk the role will receive and handle requests for support, following agreed procedures and promptly dealing with or allocating calls as appropriate, whilst ensuring relevant records are maintained.
