QA Engineer / Dev in Test

A new opportunity has arisen for a QA Engineer / Dev in Test (Automation, Java / C# / Ruby / .Net / Python) to join a fast-growing, hugely successful and innovative Tech Company in Hatfield, Hertfordshire - just North of London.

As the largest organisation in their field, this impressive company seeking a high caliber QA Engineer / Dev in Test to be part of an established Development team. As an experienced QA Engineer / Dev in Test you will help to implement Automation testing including frameworks on a variety of high-scale, hugely impressive systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the passionate collaborative QA Engineer / Dev in Test to implement brand new testing strategies and practices. Full STLC / SDLC experience is essential, as well as strong coding experience Java (preferable) or C#/Ruby/ .Net/Python with experience of working as part of a software development team.

Skills and experience needed for the QA Engineer / Dev in Test (Automation, Java, C#, Ruby, Python):

  • Strong Automation experience, with the initiative and ability to build frameworks from scratch
  • Automation tool experience (i.e. JBehave, Junit, Selenium WebDriver)
  • A passion for Agile/Lean development and the delivery of quality code (preferably Java)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree educated in a Computing, Engineering, Mathematical or Scientific subject
  • Passionate about working with emerging technology
