Lead Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant - Loyalty / Campaign Software
My client are global software house and a leading player in the provision of Loyalty and campaign software to some of the the worlds biggest brands. They are lookig for a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to head up the European market. Based out of their London office you will need to have experience of Loyalty Management and/or Campaign Management software (IBM Marketing Solutions (UNICA) or similar).
You'll be a confident communicator with the ability to deal with senior management, client partners and suppliers. You'll be organised and resilient working under pressure in a fast paced environment. Your experience working with Loyalty / Campaign platforms will enable you to understand my clients business model and the client's program focus. You'll also bring with you your experience and understanding of the project development lifecycle.
You will design and define solutions that integrate my client products and client products and services. You will work closely with the Technical Architecture team, the Solution Analyst team and any Business Services specialists.
The basis of the role is to be able to provide consultative selling support that ensures that you are delivering solutions that leverage global products, existing regional solution blocks and available business services. In addition, the knowledge of the IT architectures, strategy systems, information flows, security, applications and infrastructure and their links to customers and suppliers to create business cases and or solid client, and supplier relationships.
Full product training will be given.
