We are looking for someone with good all-round accounting experience to assist in all aspects of producing monthly Financial and Management Accounts for 2 businesses.
This is a Full-Time role with office hours Monday to Friday - 08.30 to 17.30.

This role is a varied position dealing with all aspects of accounts:

- All aspects of sales and purchase ledgers
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit Control
- Submit quarterly VAT return
- Monitor and reconcile inter-company accounts
- Submit monthly EC Sales list to HMRC
- Prepare and analyse monthly stock records for month end accounts
- Produce monthly management accounts to strict deadlines
- Budget and cash flow forecast to be produced when required
- Produce monthly financial reports on special projects
- Process International orders within legal guidelines of HMRC
- Deal with International payments for overseas purchases
- Processing website orders through the order system
- Provide support to the Sales and Marketing Manager with order processing
- Provide Director with administrative duties (i.e. arranging travel requirements and booking meeting rooms)
- Provide support to all aspects of the business when required

Qualifications and Skills

- IT literate
- Excel knowledge
- OrderWise desirable but not essential
- Sage 50 Accounts experience is essential
- Self- motivated
- Team Player
- Organised, use own initiative and multi-tasking

Our client is offering a salary of £21,000 - £25,000 with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
