Course Administrator, Niche finance firm, £28,000, Central London BH9434 Company: Our client is an established finance and conference firm; they are currently undergoing a phase of expansion and are looking to add a Course Administrator to their team. The successful candidate will be working within a successful and encouraging boutique office environment in the heart of Central London. The position requires the successful candidate to be extremely well organised, intelligent, possess a high level of diligence and accuracy and ability to think for themselves. Duties and Responsibilities: - Processing course bookings and management of attendance of events - Sending out information pre and post events to participants - Cancellation/transfer processing - Co-ordination with the training centres - setting dates, room coordination, contacting attendees, snack and beverage requirements of attendees - Liaising with attendees regarding payment - Liaising with trainers and suppliers via telephone and email - Assisting on all fronts with events on the day - Cashing cheques at the bank - Creating certificates of attendance - Creating training material - Ensuring course assessment forms are updated accurately and fully - Managing the company website - Dealing with client calls - Initiating e-shots on database - Verifying email bounces and updating database client/contact information - Updating company presence on social media - Designing of marketing provisions including e-shots and event outlines - Support obtaining of Visa`s for speakers/trainers - Ad hoc administration Required skills and personal attributes - Excellent use of all Microsoft Office applications (MS publisher or design programmes i.e. Photoshop is desirable) - Excellent written and spoken English - Excellent listening skills - Must be extremely well organised - The ability to manage own workload, prioritise and work/keep to deadlines - Must have a good eye for detail - Must have a ``can do`` attitude - Must be accurate and diligent - Must be a quick learner - Must be enterprising - Must be hard working and proactive - Must be focussed on the client Gain: Successful candidates will be paid an attractive salary of £28,000, in addition to company benefits and a performance based bonus.
