Technical Support Team Leader - Stevenage, Hertfordshire

£24,000 - £28,000

An excellent opportunity has just become available for a Technical Support Team Leader to join a world-renowned company within the engineering sector. The Technical Support Team Leader will be responsible for managing a small technical team, as well as carrying out hands-on technician duties.

As the Technical Support Team Leader for this reputable company, you'll use your logical approach to problem solving to provide technical support and take ownership of any issues through to resolution, whilst also having opportunity to expand your leadership skills and experience by providing training, development and coaching to your team of Service Desk Analysts.

Experience required for the successful Technical Support Team Leader:

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Desktop environment and MS Office.

  • Excellent hardware and software diagnostic skills.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working within ITIL framework is essential.
  • Previous supervisory experience would be a distinct advantage.
