Technical Support Engineer - £25K + Bonus (14%) + Pension (10%) - Windows 10, Active Directory, Installation, Support, ITIL
** Working pattern - 2 early shifts, 2 late shifts & 2 days off working 07:00-16:30 & 12:30-22:00 **
My global broadcasting/online/betting client based in Milton Keynes are looking for TWO Technical Support Engineers with strong technical experience with Windows (Installation/Support), Active Directory and exposure to working on ticket based help desk / support team to join an expanding Helpdesk.
As Technical Support Engineer you will ideally possess strong skills/knowledge in the following areas:
- Installing/Configuring and Supporting Microsoft Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Visio/Project
- Service management ticket based systems
- Servicenow (desirable)
- Mac Support experience (beneficial)
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the day to day operations of their IT infrastructure and applications, including my clients datacentres and teleport facilities. You will be the first point of contact for desktop support and data services therefore excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
