We have an exciting opportunity for a Research & Insight Manager to join a globally recognised non for profit organisation who specialise in providing higher education qualifications as well as raising the profile of educational establishments both nationally and internationally. Based in an enviable part of Central London you will be working in the Insight / Research team and engaged in a number of exciting and interesting projects covering both quantitative and qualitative methods. You will have the opportunity to utilise a variety of techniques across a range of important research projects.

About the role

This role is varied, strategic and will allow you to develop your career in a collaborative and influential organisation where you can really expand on your research experience. Your work will cover a full spectrum of categories including the education sector, working with members and partnering businesses to gather research to produce factual and thought provoking insight for the industry.

Working across a broad variety of full research quant and qual projects, from design of research through to report writing and presenting.
Developing innovative solutions to research questions and exploring different research techniques for challenging briefs
Collaborating and conducting interviews with senior stakeholders to creative impactful and innovative thought leadership pieces

Exciting chance to to travel internationally and present your research at industry leading events and conferences, as experts in this space.

About you

This role will suit someone who wants to extend their interest in higher education / social research and work in an intellectually challenging and satisfying role.

Ability and knowledge of working the full research cycle from questionnaire writing through to intricate and creative report writing and presenting, to aid in the development of research projects and contribute important strategic insights to the organisation as a whole
Relish the chance to work on both quant and qual projects and interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Strong client interaction and a client facing individual who can communicate effectively
