Job Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a National HR and Health & Safety Consultancy as a Marketing Executive to support the wider marketing team.

Job Overview

This is an exciting and varied position where you play an integral role in ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns in order to support our wider business strategy. The role will span many different disciplines including advertising, social media and online reputation, public relations and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including clients, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
- Organising the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers
- Writing and proofreading online and offline copy
- Social Media Marketing: Creating content for a number of social media accounts
- Organising photo and videography shoots
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager, Communications Content Writer and other colleagues
- Executing campaigns, including: Email, print design, digital and online marketing, client-focused events
- Interviewing clients for the production of a quarterly case study booklet
- Being a central point of contact for the office and field-based sales and operations teams
- Being a brand ambassador, guardian and promoter of the brand.
- Supporting the development of compelling marketing collateral including: case studies, white papers, product flyers, presentations and online and multimedia materials
- Working with the team to proactively seek creative ways of raising our profile in our key markets to generate revenue and strengthen our brand position

Skills & Experience

Ideally you will habve completed or working towards a formal marketing education (i.e. CIM accreditation or a BA Hons) and you will also be able to demonstrate:

- Experience of working in a Marketing / Events/ PR department
- Ability to work effectively on own initiative and within a team environment
- Self-motivation, with a proven record of achieving targets & meeting short deadlines
- Excellent communication skills - able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness
- A passion for creativity - always thinking up new ideas and ways to improve!
- Good understanding of content marketing
- Excellent copy writing/proofing skills are a must!
- That you`re results-focused and enjoy working towards targets/ goals
- Able to demonstrate strong organisation and project management skills
- Experience of the professional services industry would be an advantage, but not a necessity
- The ability to interlink the marketing and communications initiatives successfully is essential
- To be able to work across multiple communication channels across various product lines
