An excellent opportunity for an experienced MAC Support Analyst has arisen within an industry leading professional services organisation based in Central London on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in desktop support along with Mac OSX, experience in the professional services sector would also be favourable!

The candidate will be supporting at 90% Mac based office, therefore extensive experience in MAC operating systems as opposed to Windows are essential.

Experience required
  • Experience preferably in a professional services environment
  • Good experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Veam
  • administration
  • Experience with OSX Server, Open Directory and MAC administration
  • Assisting with Desktop issues, troubleshooting day to day user issues
  • Creating new user accounts including telephones, iPads and laptops
  • Moving users between work stations and departments
  • Assisting users with email configuration on multiple devices
  • Assisting with basic web development tasks (using the CMS system)


£28-32k + Excellent benefit package
