IQFM are actively looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst who is looking for their next contract challenge. This role will combine the elements of best practice Business Analysis with demonstrable exposure to planning tool implementation.

The successful candidate will have some experience within the Insurance industry and a good awareness of senior stakeholder liaison.

Based within the'Insurance Square Mile',the core responsibilities are as follows:
Workshop facilitation and some document review
Provide functional specifications
Process mapping, documenting workflows and requirements gathering
Produce high level business process models so that senior stakeholders can full understand their requirements.
Managing stakeholder expectations and Identifying flaws in the current systems
Have the ability to identify systems implications for new regulatory laws coming into the markets
SWOT & Risk Analysis plus gap/impact
Project Initiation Document writing,
Milestone & reports analysis,
SDLC Lifecycle
Change Management
System / Process Implementation
Stakeholder Engagement


To qualify for this role, we require the successful Business Analysis to have the following skills.
Highly experienced 'hands-on' Business Analyst with some Insurance background.
Must have demonstrable knowledge of working within a highly complex, blue-chip organisation.
Experience with forecasting & planning process across change & transformation.
Help to design & implement business process change across the wider enterprise project estate.
Must be able to demonstrate leading planning tool implementation programmes from a BA perspective.
can work seamlessly across change, finance & actuarial teams.
Must have experience within a Prince or Agile methodology environment.
Work closely with the business community & technical teams ensuring correct process adhered to within the project lifecycle.
