Permanent - Service Desk Analyst Wyke -Bradford 22-25k Salary plus benefits Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. Do you want to work for a global organisation? Are you looking to utilise your service desk experience? Key Activities - Login tickets on Remedy and assigning to correct team. - 1st point of contact for office 365 migration issue. - Supporting the preparing of lap tops , desktops and I Phones - Good strong knowledge on office 365 install and issue the can arise from migration. - Taking in large Calls volumes and ever applying a 1st time fix or Logging a ticket to be dealt with when a fix can be provided. - Checking Active directory and Exchange making sure the correct settings are applied before and after the migration. - Helping costumers over the phone to update email accounts on Android, iOs - Recreating outlook profiles and adding in shared mailboxes Key requirements: - Must have previous service desk analyst experience - 1st line support experience - Technical experience of preparing laptops, desktops, I-Phones etc. Axis is a recruitment company.
