.NET Developer required to join a well-known Digital Agency in their Manchester office.

With offices across the UK, you'll join an established tech team, who have a highly impressive client-base. Their clients span a range of industries, including the healthcare, transport and a number of sports teams.

Agency life isn't for everyone. It is hectic, fast paced and you will be working to tight deadlines. If that sort of thing excites you rather than gives you the fear - then read on.

Hard work comes with great rewards! The company have great employee benefits, including:

** flexible working (start early/finish early and vice versa)

** although they work hard, they really do try to establish great work-life balance

** great training and development opportunities - you will become a Microsoft Certified Developer, entirely paid for by your new company

** laptop / kit of your choice

** fun and inclusive work environment

** enhanced holidays as standard

** charity day - if you want to give back to the community, raise money doing some sort of sporting endeavour or anything else, you will get an extra day off to assist you

And much more

The role will be pretty varied, with large scale digital implementations using the full .NET stack to smaller scale, support tickets for current clients - no two days will be the same.

From a tech perspective, they expect solid JavaScript skills (don't worry about any 'flavour of the month' libraries, solid jQuery is more than fine), HTML, CSS and of course, the crux of the role will surround the .NET stack. That means you'll be adept at all things C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Visual Studio and SQL Server.

To be a real stand-out candidate, you will have experience of working on complex Microsoft CMS solutions, ideally Sitecore, EPiServer, Umbraco, Ektron or Kentico (all of these would be great, but one would also be great and probably more realistic).

If this sounds like the opportunity for you, please apply or give Natasha at Cathcart Associates to find out more about this opportunity!
