Are you an ambitious Desktop Support Technician who would like to work in a varied role, as part of a team?

Our client based in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a team player with a flexible approach.

The role involves 1st line support, 2nd line support, and I.T. project roll-outs.
You will need to take initial calls from users on the I.T. help-desk, and then you will need to deal with the issue remotely, when possible and also resolve issues desk side when required.

You will also need to assist with building and re-imaging projects and software roll-outs.
The role involves fixing PC faults, printers, iOS, iPads, and laptops.

Pay Rate: £11-£13 per Hour to start ASAP.

Work Duties include but are not limited to:

* 1st and 2nd Line Support.

* I.T. Project Roll-outs.

* Taking initial calls from users.

* Solving issues remotely when possible.

* Resolving issues desk site when required.

* Build and Re-imaging I.T. Projects.

* New Software Roll-outs.

* Fixing PC faults, printers, iOS, iPads, and laptops.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience working as a 1st and 2nd Line Support Technician.

* I.T. Project Support experience.

* Teamwork Skills.

* Communication Skills.

* Windows 7 and/or Windows 10 Experience.
