Marketing Manager - Europe
This role will require the Marketing Manager to work collaboratively with air and non-air partners to ensure maximised delivery of marketing plans, activities, campaigns and customer communications that support Avios Group Limited (AGL) in the delivery of business targets. The Marketing Manager is required to maximise Avios exposure in all channels to drive issuance of Avios through Airline and partner channels.
This role is permanently located in the Crawley office. However, the role will require travel to meet with airline and non-air partners.
Key role responsibilities:
? Accountable for the development and delivery of marketing plans for European air and non-air partners in line with the AGL business targets and partnership objectives.
? Central point of contact and co-ordination of channel access for all new partners throughout the Business Development Onboarding process.
? Responsible for development and delivery of launch and post-launch marketing plans for new partners joining the airline programmes you manage.
? Day to day management and development of collaborative and trusted relationships with key partner contacts including the marketing teams and agencies.
? Attending meetings with partners to share marketing updates and review plans.
? Develop a detailed knowledge of the partner strategy and related market sector to allow appropriate and relevant marketing plans to be developed which capitalise on all opportunities.
? Ensure all AGL funded activity has a business case, is forecasted and is measurable by delivery from a marketing and commercial perspective.
? Encourage test and learn strategies to maximise ROI.
? Report campaign results to all key stakeholders and share learnings and recommendations for future activity.
? Work collaboratively with the relevant internal support teams to deliver marketing plans efficiently and effectively, on time and in budget.
? Responsible for managing budgets for required activities by close collaboration with AGL and partner teams.
? Manage multi-channel access through partner channels and provide CRM best practice to increase multi-collection, engagement, promotion of incentives and acquisition.
? Seek new opportunities in technology, CRM, media or other innovations areas to add value to the partnerships

Skills, qualifications, expertise and experience:
? Native/Fluent Italian required (written and verbal), plus ability to speak other European language preferable
? Relevant experience in the airline and travel industry including experience working with partners and internal departments to develop and deliver successful marketing activities
? Understanding of all aspects of the promotional mix (PR, sponsorships, advertising, direct mail, internal campaign management, CRM)
