An exceptional opportunity to get into leading edge product sales. Be-IT is working with a leading Financial Services company looking to hire proven sales professionals to deliver sales. The Software Solutions division is a recognised and trusted software company in the UK. The client provides software products to a wide variety of customers in the UK and beyond. A new and exciting project in the Financial Services market is in development for launch whilst being sold and we are looking to appoint Pre-sales consultants with Financial Services market experience and knowledge of social media systems.

Role Duties

The purpose of this role is to support the sales function of the new product.

This involves

Preparing content for demos with prospective clients. Running demos of the product with prospective clients. Designing and setting up product profiles (both for specific clients, prospects and general use). Finding actionable insight in Social Media using Monatair for a specific client use case. Working with colleagues to agree commercial terms with clients and preparing contracts. Taking part in weekly/fortnightly catch ups with existing clients to answer client queries/provide tips and support. Carrying out ongoing research about social media and the insight/analytics market, to understand the competitor landscape/opportunities. Occasional identification of target clients/markets and making contact with potential new clients. Liaising with the Product Manager to ensure client requests for product development are addressed. Making suggestions for product fixes and enhancements to the Product Manager. Reviewing and testing of technical updates prior to full release. Producing decks/presentations for internal review meetings

Essential Experience/Skills

At least 2 years? experience in Financial Services software/market

Awareness and knowledge of Social Media systems and platforms

Customer handling skills whilst maintaining an ability to achieve commercial objectives

Excellent self-organisation, self-motivation and time management skills

Excellent analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent presentation skills
