A global Pharmaceuticals company is seeking a Human Resources Project Manager for an initial 6-month contract. The HR Consultant will develop program management tools and methodologies, designed to underpin the implementation of their recently formed shared services function.

The assigned HR Project Manager will have the opportunity to partner with global business leaders on the implementation of a transformation engine, designed for continuous improvement of an agile and dynamic Pharmaceuticals company.


- Partner with Human Resources Leader to design and manage overall shared services project plan

- Set up and maintain program management log to track milestone deliveries, risk and dependency management

- Collate and analyse Human Resources data

- Work closely with the finance team to manage project budget

- Partner with the Human Resources Operations team to manage employee data change process

- Manage all employee communications relating to change and implementation of the shared services function

Qualifications and Experience:

- CIPD level 7 or similar qualification relating to Human Resources

- Experience managing TUPE and redundancy projects

- Experience in shared services implementation

- Commercially focussed with excellent stakeholder management ability

- Experience in global project or portfolio management
