PDQ have the pleasure in working with a global Aviation business to source a Technical Trainer to come and join them on a permanent basis.
This is a very exciting role as the Technical Trainer will be involved in many areas from evaluating the current training schedules in place and the quality of those against the company?s standards moving forward.
The main responsibilities of the Technical Trainer will be:
Evaluating current training material and schedules
Overhaul of these to meet company objectives
Develop new training modules
Creation and maintenance of PER (Personal Experience Record)
Liaise with departments to identify areas of improvement
Hold training in a class room environment
Co-ordination of training schedules.
You will have excellent communication skills, excellent presentation skills and will be confident in dealing with complex relationships across the business.
Ideally you will have solid knowledge of the EASA part 145 regulations. Have exposure of delivering training in those environments and have an understanding of an MRO environment within the aviation industry.
The Technical Trainer will need to demonstrate a strong personality, a decisive thinking, hands on work ethic and a real pride in ensuring the best possible work has been done.
