A contemporary womenswear label with a love for all things vintage and a flair for colours and prints is looking for a Graphic Designer & Digital Manager. You will need to have an eye for design, be confident in your Adobe ability, have a strong understanding of Google Analytics and develop the ecommerce strategy for the brand including content and email newsletters.

In this role you will be responsible for all digital graphic communication to maintain and drive online growth within international markets and existing UK to maximise sales and brand DNA. Creativity and a proactive approach to grow this area of the business is essential.

Role & responsibilities:
*Manage daily and weekly e- commerce performance for international/UK markets
*Coordinate content to align with product features/launches to make sure the customer journey and experience drives sales
*Create an online content strategy
*Lead a growing team to focus on creating and deploying on brand, creative engaging imagery & content
*Establish and own the internal digital asset library - piecing together existing
*Flexible and responsive approach, prepared to discover new solutions to challenges as they arise and remain tenacious in achieving the required result
*Defining and implementing a cross and upsell strategy
*Analysing and creating optimal customer journeys on the site, enhancing product discovery
*Maintaining a list of front-end priorities to improve the website experience
*Monitoring bounce rates, conversion rate and deploying strategies to improve these areas on the e- commerce site.
*Direct imagery content - Photography skills desirable but not necessary. What we are looking for *Experience in digital trading preferably in fashion or retail
*Ability to work on concurrent projects
*Experience of analytics platforms eg. Google Analytics
*Basic design and HTML skills would be beneficial but not a must *Experience in regional and global markets
*Strong understanding of the user behaviour and the e- commerce landscape
*Proficient in Photoshop/InDesign/ Illustrator
*Proficient with WordPress / woo commerce
*Confident to delicate to junior team members but also adaptable to take on sole tasks.
*Confident to suggest and implement processes/ system improvements
