Our client is a small but rapidly expanding, fast paced sustainable, vegan fashion brand based in London and they are currently looking for an ambitious, experienced Assistant Merchandiser/Planner to join their team, assisting in merchandising, sales invoicing and inventory management.

- Excellent knowledge and experience in Excel
- Strong numerical, analytical and interpretive skills
- Communication, organisation and influencing skills
- MUST have at least 3-4 yearsâ?? experience in planning or buying
- Comfortable dealing with different people from their various retailers
- Comfortable working as a small team
- High performer
- Enthusiastic and kind

- Initiate and build strong relationships with suppliers
- Making Purchase orders and checking sales reports, presenting analysis to founder
- Lead Monday sales analysis through report running and document creation
- Create Purchase Orders and aid in PO management
- Support the team in maximising profit for stock, planning and analysis
- Seasonal planning of sales and stock to ensure sufficient merchandise is bought to achieve targets
- Plan and procedure the buys for new season
- Ensure balanced and commercial range plan is built for retail and e-commerce
- Manage core line inventory proposing re buys to ensure never out of stock for core range
- Forecast the OTB
- Produce weekly analysis of sales, margin, stock and cover for retail and e-commerce
- Work with team and propose markdowns and seasonal promotions to maximise sales
