Messaging Specialist / Messaging Analyst - Law Firm, Exchange 2013

International law firm seeking a Messaging Specialist to provide technical support and guidance on communication platform technologies.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, documenting and undertaking maintenance and administration processes on systems globally, with particular emphasis on messaging and unified communications technology
  • Supporting systems and ensuring that the highest levels of stability and reliability are maintained
  • Providing technical resource for projects run by the PMO
  • Monitoring the team queue in the Help Desk call-logging system to ensure incidents, service requests and problems are managed in a timely manner

Skills required:

  • Messaging / Unified Communications / Collaboration background
  • Skype for Business, Exchange 2013 and above, Mimecast, MDM and mobile computing technologies and devices
  • Active Directory
  • Virtual technologies such as VMware, Citrix VDI and XenApp
  • Avaya Communication Manager and Cisco video conferencing systems

If you have a broad knowledge of 3rd line support but with particular emphasis on messaging and unified communications, this could be the role for you.
